Is there a best time
to sell? If you're considering selling your
unit the best time is now. Maintenance costs must be paid every
year. Every year you wait is detracting from the true sale amount.
The faster the unit is sold the more you actually receive from the
sale.
I am not sure of
the complete name of my resort. Resort management companies
change names frequently, adding to the name confusion. We have provided
a time share resort database
which makes looking up resorts by name, city, state, and country
a snap.
How much is my
unit worth? Each unit has different features that
make pricing somewhat different each time. We suggest you check
out the information on the sellers
information section. The information on this page makes pricing
your unit a snap. Once you have read this page then search
our database of time share to buy or rent.
See what others are asking for their time share.
Can I sell my points banked
with RCI? Technically, owners "rent" RCI
or Interval International points with
vacation register. All points are the property of the member, so
the member actually rents the points to the person wishing to stay
at the unit.
Do I need an appraisal?
Absolutely not! Since a timeshare is not considered "real property"
there is nothing to appraise. Those selling should never pay an
appraisal fee.
What do I pay
upon the sale of my vacation property? There is never an
additional fee upon the sale. Once your one time advertising fee
has been paid there is never another fee to pay.
How do you
market my vacation property? We market
your time share in several ways, all of which put your vacation property
in front of as many potential buyers and renters as possible.
Are your agents
"Brokers" and do they collect commissions? We are
not brokers or real estate agents and therefore not allowed to collect
commissions after the sale. It is illegal for anyone without a license
to collect a commission after a sale.
How long have
you been in business? Vacation Register is a resales company
and has been doing business under the same name for 4 years running.
We are a recognized and respected leader in the time
share sales industry and we sell time share vacations daily.
Do you offer
a money back guarantee? Vacation Register is so confident
that we will sell your vacation property that we offer a 100% money back
guarantee if someone else sells your vacation property before we do within
20% of your original asking price.
What happens
if my time share does not sell in one year? If for some reason
your unit does not sell in one year, Vacation Register will renew
your advertising at the company's expense. We will continue to advertise
your property until sold.
Are there
any other fees involved? Vacation Register charges no additional
fees upon the sale of a time share. Whatever you and the buyer agree
to is what you receive from the sale of the time share.
